In 2010 SHAPE athletes biked the Erie Canal from Niagra Falls to Albany.  Although no high level cycling experience was required, participantscompletes this epic adventure in eight days.

The 2009 SHAPE Camp Century Ride included athletes from 11 to 18 years old.  The trip followed the Erie Canal from Albany to Schoharie and back.

SHAPE athletes completed this record 100 mile in under 12 hours!
